How we handle information

We collect the contact type, product, name, email, company and request or feedback you choose to submit, to respond, process requests and improve products. Product inquiries, partnerships, enterprise requests and other contacts require a name and email; feedback may omit them. Records are stored in the server SQLite database and are visible only after administrator login. Raw records expire 365 days after submission and are removed from the database and controlled backups. Retained statistics contain only date, category, product and count, without identity or message content.

Notifications are sent through SendGrid to the administrator Outlook inbox. Confirmation messages contain only the request reference. Email open and click tracking are disabled. Database expiry does not automatically delete email copies in SendGrid or Outlook; requests covering those copies require manual handling. Administrator login uses a session cookie. Public contact forms do not use persistent browser storage. Cloudflare processes technical data needed to serve and protect connections; website access logging is disabled on the server.
