What to do next

Open the set-password email
After an admin creates the invite, you receive a set-password / verification email. Complete it before the link expires. If nothing arrives, check spam or ask the admin to resend.

Sign in from the portal
When your password is set, use the sign-in page to enter SourceMind or ProofReach. In the same browser session you should not need to re-enter the password between products.

Product activation
Products selected on the invite are written to the activation allowlist. If you see an “not activated” message after sign-in, ask an admin to confirm the list.
